La société CENTRE INFORMATIQUE BUREAUTIQUE ET SERVICES TECHNIQUES - CIBEST détenant 100 % du capital de la société SCENE+, il ne serait donc fixé aucun rapport d'échange. Il ne serait procédé à la création d'aucune action de la société CENTRE INFORMATIQUE BUREAUTIQUE ET SERVICES TECHNIQUES - CIBEST et aucune prime de fusion ne serait constatée. Toutes les opérations actives et passives effectuées par la société absorbée depuis le 1er janvier 2021 jusqu'au jour de la réalisation de la fusion, seraient prises en charge par la société CENTRE INFORMATIQUE BUREAUTIQUE ET SERVICES TECHNIQUES - CIBEST.
